Hazelnut Cacao Flapjack
A more sophisticated (vegan) version of a traditional 'British' choccy flapjack. Rather than loading them with sickly-sweet milk chocolate (nice though that is, sometimes 😬) these hunks of deliciousness contain the more nutritious raw cacao powder and cacao nibs, with heaps of chopped hazelnuts for crunch. They are not-ella (see what we did there), but they are the perfect fuel for a long, unlocking of lock-down-but-not-out bike ride, walk or run in mountains green, clouded hills or satanic mills (!).
Rolled OATS, Pure Dairy Free Sunflower Spread, Soft Brown Sugar, Golden Syrup, Organic Roasted HAZELNUTS, Organic Cacao Powder, Organic Cacao Nibs, Organic Wholemeal Buckwheat Flour (may contain WHEAT or other GLUTEN containing cereals), Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins), Flavouring). Storage Advice: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks, away from Mountain Bikers and Ultra Runners, or freeze*. *The flapjack, not the cyclists/ runners.
